The Smart-Autocos is a single-phase smart automatic changeover switch that monitors the availability of utility power (mains) and automatically transfers load to generator power during power failure. Once mains is restored, the system automatically switches back.

a. Ensure power is off before installation.
b. Mount Smart-Autocos box on a flat surface close to both mains and generator control points.
c. Use required cable size according to load.
d. Connect terminals according to the wiring diagram as shown.
e. Tighten all connectors terminal screws and double-check polarity.
f. Check power ON to test operation.

a. MAIN POWER IN: Connect to utility power (NEPA/PHCN)
b. GEN OR SOLAR IN: Connect the generator output to input of Smart-Autocos
c. LOAD OUT: Connect the house or equipment to Smart-Autocos load, ensure proper polarity check
Note:Always verify wiring before installation. Wrong connection may cause damage the device.

Automatic Mode:The system monitors mains supply. When mains fails, it automatically switches to generator after.
Manual Mode: Use power switch to selector manual or automatic for mains or generator.
LED Indicators:

- Yellow LED – Waite
- Red LED – Mains power ON but will off after few second
